In the beating heart of the Big Apple, within a refined and restored historic building, we have brought the essence of the Italian lifestyle. This project stems from the desire to offer a corner of authentic tradition, reinterpreted for the cosmopolitan lifestyle of the Upper East Side. The kitchen is no longer just a functional space, but a stage for design where marble becomes the absolute protagonist of a timeless domestic experience—transforming food preparation into a convivial ritual typical of Italy's great historic estates.

Phase I: Selection of Statuario Venato Marble

For such a high-profile context, the choice of raw material was uncompromising, drawing from the very heart of the Apuan Alps.

• Apuan Excellence We personally selected slabs of Premium Statuario marble, the world’s most noble marble, seeking the perfect balance between the crystalline white background and the bold, sinuous grey veining.

• Quality Standards: Each block was analyzed to ensure the absence of impurities and a chromatic response that enhances the natural light of New York penthouses, ensuring an aesthetic of absolute luxury.

Phase II: Surface Engineering and Design

The transition from raw slab to furniture element required millimetric planning to harmonize the stone with the spaces of the Upper East Side.

• Bespoke Layout: We collaborated closely with the client to define a custom cut layout. The goal was to create a continuous veining pattern, transforming every countertop and vertical cladding into a unique, unrepeatable natural masterpiece.
